My name is Alicia, but you can call me Lish, the heart behind NaiLish.

My love for art and all things beauty started when I was a little girl, always wearing press-on nails and playing in my mom’s makeup. For years, I dreamed of having my own cosmetic line, and I always pictured it being makeup.

It took me 26 years to realize my passions would come together through nails, where I get to create wearable art while building the beauty brand I’d been dreaming of all along.

Becoming a nail tech sparked a deeper love for natural nail health. After daily cuticle oil transformed my own weak, brittle nails, I wanted every girly with the same struggle to feel that hope too.
